●    Delivered from discovery to the launch the first successful non-telco innovation product in the travel industry that acquired over 10,000 users and generated over $2 million ARR within the first 3 months of launch
●    Defined and reached product-market fit for the innovation product within the next 3 months by proving a 30% penetration rate in the market
●    Improved product satisfaction and retention by increasing Net Promoter Score by 40 points within the first 6 months through journey improvements and new feature launches
